-Develop a Remotely Operated submarine Vehicle that will act as a test platform for a robotic scallop harvesting tool.

-Develop a catch mechanism capable of individually harvesting scallops.

-Conduct a feasibility study that outlines the challenges and potential of the robotic scallop harvesting tool.

Year two.

-Use the demonstrated success of the prototype to attract additional funding, allowing the robotic scallop harvesting tool to evolve to a point where it will offer a direct alternative to scallop dredge gear.

We are looking for a marine research institute that is willing assist in the production of the feasibility study.
